Of course this is my review of the StriVectin TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream, but I want to start by telling a bit of a story. It sounds terrible now, but I vividly recall playing with my Grandma’s “turkey neck” when I was a toddler.
She was only in her early 50s but she smoked a lot of cigarettes back in those days (that was still very normal then) and the combined effects of age and abuse were already very visible on her face. I could pinch the skin under her neck quite easily and even wiggle the excess from side to side.
I adored playing in my Grandma’s lap but, even at that young age, I had some very strong feelings about the wrinkles on her face. It made her seem so old and somewhat frail, really.
I’m not sure that watching her grow prematurely old was the reason that I became so passionate about skin protection and care. But I frequently recall her lines and spots when reviewing skincare products.
Strivectin Neck Cream: Patented and Potent
The full product line at Strivectin is fairly broad, and I intend to test more of it in the near future. But their neck cream shares one big thing in common with their other solutions: Vitamin B3 (Niacin).
They’ve won a number of patents with formulation techniques, but the key takeaway here is that Niacin is REALLY good for the skin!
Strivectin has been awarded more than 90 patents over decades of testing, culminating in the molecular form of Niacin that they call NIA-114. They have a long list of benefits that are claimed in the sales materials, but I’ve used it now AND scoured the web for other independent reviews and I encourage you to try it for yourself.
Strivectin Neck Cream Gets a 90% From Me
CAVEAT: I didn’t really have a turkey neck to start, so there’s no way I can look you in the eye and say that it will work for everyone.
On the other hand, it did fix the sagging I had, it was not greasy and didn’t leave any residue and it smelled perfectly fine. I’m including a couple of user testimonials here so that you can have the perspective of others.
THE REAL DEAL
- It works quickly
- No unpleasant odor
- Dried quickly and left no residue
- A little bit goes a long way
- The sticker price on the jar is pretty expensive

I recommend applying to the skin under your chin as part of your nighttime beauty routine.
Most advice that I’ve been able to find, and what I did myself, was to thoroughly clean and dry that patch of skin before applying the cream. I rubbed it in until there was no more to spread.
Does what it says!
I was not sure of this product. Read all the reviews, etc. At 55 yrs old the neck starts to wonder down south. I have used this product 2 x a day, morning and night for the last 2 weeks and can already tell a difference. I have already ordered more…I can’t wait to see the results after 2 months.
Seems to be working
This was a little expensive but I bought it anyway. It does seem to help the sagging neck & jawline–somewhat. Enough so that I can tell a difference. Bought 2 of these so we’ll see & I’ll leave an update once I’m finished w/the second jar. It does last & feels wonderful going on my neck & jawline. Have even used it on my face but it doesn’t seem to help w/that…maybe I’ll try it for about a month all over face, as well as neck.
Update, it does tighten the neck & jawline somewhat, seems there is a point where it does no more tightening, which could be my age or skin type (50’s fair skin)…did not get any results on face.

My Strivectin Neck Cream Trial
Just so you know, I purchased my own sample. That’s pretty significant for two reasons:
1) My opinion remains completely unbiased
2) This stuff ain’t cheap!
i used this neck cream over a period of six weeks. Now, I’m a mom in my 30s, so nothing is as tight as it once was but I’m also not solidly in Strivectin’s target market for this one.
Still, my neck profile was improved after 5 or 6 days of use and it continued shaping up for two more weeks beyond that. For the last three weeks of so of use I saw no real difference BUT that was because I didn’t really have any more sagging to correct.
What IS the Price of Beauty?
No one likes throwing away money on hare-brained beauty products, which is why every woman I know reads reviews FIRST. Based on what I’ve read about Strivectin’s neck firming cream, it has real potential to be THE solution you can stick with rather than trying a dozen different creams that only confuse you and drain your purse!
I have drawers crammed with $15 shot-in-the-dark creams and cosmetics that didn’t cut the mustard, so the idea of investing $80-$90 bucks to have true success is A-OK by me. And you know what? That 1.7oz jar lasts a looooooooong time.
Here’s Some More Technical (YAWN) Parts to the Review
StriVectin’s TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream is powered by two stunning innovations. First is the Gravitite-CF Lifting Complex, which blends several high technology ingredients designed to enhance your skin’s elasticity.
And of course, there is that patented NIA-114 technology, aimed squarely at improving your neck’s profile. It not only makes the skin visibly tighter, but it also makes it softer, more supple with repeated use.
If the skin near your jawline, and on your neck, is beginning to sag, a neck firming cream can tighten it back up. Strivectin’s TL Advanced cream is full of patented breakthroughs designed to create a better and longer-lasting solution.
